Beautiful park and soccer field. It gets 4 stars just because the people who enjoy this field do not pick up their mess.other than that it has alot to offer

Very pleasant area mixed with spanish and white. I met an elderly gentleman who had been there for over 50 years. He owns the garage shop around the park side on Coffin Avenue. They are going to convert a walkway and bicycle route all around that body of contaminated (by Army Engineers) water behind the soccer field. whats more amazing is that old huge mill factory 6 blocks long: they converted it to a senior citizens' apartments: AND it looks NICE! Had my taste of raisin pastry 3 blocks down on Belleville Ave at Sunshine Coffee and Donuts! Some characters look questionable so i don't know how it is at night: was there 6am til 5pm. unfortunately as we approached the area , 4 blocks away on Coggeshille there were 7 police cars and firetrucks : in the middle of the intersection was a man prone face up with blood splurting out his face. The elderly man told me theres lots of panhandlers there that defy traffic and get hit by cars.
